Mung Plato with Mixed Veg and Brussel Sprouts

240g cooked Mung Beans from 18.03.2020
40g roasted chopped Hazelnuts
1 Albumen
90g Philadelphia Light
30ml Sunflower Oil
400g Brussel Sprouts sliced medium thin
340g Mixed Vegetables (White and Green Cabbage, Carrot, Broccoli, White Onion, Red Pepper)
12.5g Flat Leaf Parsley, thinly chopped
large slice of lemon

Pre-heated oven to 180°C
PLATO (15min)
Prepared Plato by mixing the Albumen, Hazelnuts and Mung Beans
Right before baking spread on 21x16x6cm thick oven dish fully lined with baking paper
Baked 15min

BRUSSEL SPROUTS (15min)
In medium large frypan fried the Brussel Sprouts in 15ml Sunflower Oil for 15min
3min before the end added the parsley
2min before the end added the Cheese

MIXED VEG (11min)
In large frypan fried the Mixed Veg in 15ml Sunflower Oil for 11min
1min before the end squeezed the lemon joice over them
