Beano Plato with Tomato and Spinach

Plato: first three mixed together
187.5g tinned Butter Beans
40g crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Albumen
3Tbl Sunflower Oil
250g frozen baby leaf Spinach, thawed and squeezed
220g baby Tomatoes, halved
garlic, chopped
nutmeg (gr) pepper (gr)
30g Table Cheese, finely grated

SPINACH (20min) TOMATOES (20min)
In large frypan mixed the Spinach, nutmeg and pepper with 1Tbl Sunflower Oil and fried 20min in all. Added the Tomatoes and garlic to 1Tbl Sunflower Oil and fried 10min. 2min before the end added 1Tbl hot water to the Spinach and when done the Cheese to the Tomatoes.

PLATO (20min)
In covered frypan with 1Tbl Sunflower Oil cooked the Plato 15min turned halfway.
