Beano Plato with Carrots and Pak Choi

Plato: first three mixed together
187.5g tinned Butter beans
40g crunchy Peanut Butter
3 Tbl Sunflower Oil
250g Carrots in roughly thin slices
175g Pak Choi stems in roughly thin strips leaves whole

CARROTS (20min) PAK CHOI (10min)
In large frypan fried the carrots with 1Tbl Sunflower Oil for 20min in all. Added 1Tbl Sunflower Oil to the pan placed the Pak Choi stems in that with the leaves on top and fried 10min.

PLATO (15min)
In covered frypan with 1 Tbl Sunflower Oil cooked the Plato 15min turned as necessary.
